    Your membership will start immediately after your enrollment.
  • When will I receive my membership material?
    If you do not receive your membership card at the time that you purchase it, you will receive one in the mail within two weeks after we receive your membership application and payment. Even if your card has not arrived, your benefits are effective.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your membership, please let us know immediately. If you would like to proceed with canceling your membership please send your name, address or lending office where you received your membership and cancellation request to or speak directly to your loan officer.
  • Is Continental Car Club automobile liability insurance?
    Continental Car Club is not an automobile liability insurance contract.
  • How do I enroll in Continental Car Club?

  • If I already have a car membership could Continental Car Club membership be beneficial to me?
    Yes. Continental Car Club provides a unique mix of benefits that not all car club memberships provide and Continental Car Club will pay in addition to any benefits received from another source or roadside assistance membership.
  • Do I have to use Continental Car Club's dispatch service for emergency roadside assistance?
    No. You are welcome to call any service provider. Benefits are paid directly to you. You choose the towing service, roadside assistance company, locksmith or other provider and we'll reimburse you up to the maximum benefit.
